Our friendly customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (MST)

Shipping and Handling
Vail Ski/Bike Tech uses Fedex for all of our shipping services. We will only ship within the United States. A signature is required upon receipt for all shipments. Returns are accepted, for new products only, unused and within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for original shipping costs and return shipping costs. Refunds will be given as money back. To return a product, simply call or email for instructions.

Sales tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within the State of Colorado, and for in-store purchases. Therefore, all orders shipping within Colorado will be charged the applicable sales tax at 8.40% of the total price, excluding shipping charge.

Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within one to two business days of receipt of payment. Orders will not be shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
